Yes. This is an active enrollment year, so you must log in to Kronos and actively elect or waive coverage for 2027. Your current elections will not automatically continue. Open Enrollment is your only opportunity to make changes unless you experience a qualifying life event.
Open Enrollment is November 2–13. Benefits elected during this period begin January 1, 2027 and run through December 31, 2027. If you do not elect benefits in Kronos during this year's Open Enrollment you will not have coverage in 2027 unless you have a qualified life event.
